1. Acceptance of Terms

If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account restricted pending review.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation, though bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

HM77 Game does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside our control and not refundable by us.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR via the same payment methods available for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer.

• Verification requirement: A one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID and confirmation that the withdrawal payment method is registered in your name. This process only needs to be completed once.
• Withdrawal to matching method: Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your HM77 Game account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Raast transfers are generally completed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are shown in the cashier at the time of the request.
• Pending bets: Funds tied to unsettled bets or active bonus wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the relevant activity is complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

HM77 Game offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some games — particularly low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The eligible games and contribution rates for each bonus are listed in the promotion details.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse prevention: HM77 Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict or close an account if bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is identified. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, the official result from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC, or the relevant tournament authority is used. For PSL markets specifically, the official PSL result stands.
• Abandoned events: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market, as detailed in the sport-specific betting rules available in the Platform.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Due to the real-time nature of live markets, delays in data feeds may occasionally affect bet acceptance. Bets that are clearly placed after the relevant outcome has been determined may be voided.

8. Games and Slots

10. Account Suspension and Closure
